Once you have completed the order form and confirmed that you have read and accepted the terms of service, click on the "Check Details" button to review your information, then click the "Subscribe" button when ready. You will then be given the option to pay by credit card or by Paypal.

Please remember to include all necessary information in the order form above. If any information is not included, the submission will fail and you will be prompted to fill out the required fields. If you are paying through Paypal, please remember to ensure your e-mail address is the same as your Paypal account. All billing and subscription information will be forwarded to your registered e-mail address. Before submission, please also make sure you have read and understood our terms of service.

Subscription Plan:		Number of slots, price per slot and monthly rate.
E-Mail Address:		Must be the same as Paypal account, if applicable.
First Name:		Please provide a valid first name.
Last Name:		Please provide a valid last name (surname).
Desired Username:		This will be your control panel/FTP login name.
Desired Password:		Password must be at least five characters in length.
